-Post-AP kids writing clues and help plan middle school scavenger hunt, we are discussing dates with the Middle School teacher

-Sunia in charge of making name tags for progressive supper
-Halloween party with the shelter will be Thursday, October 20th, party is from 6-7:30, we should be there at 5:30 to set up
-T-shirt will be soft and black with white on it, and scrapbook themes

Today the seniors were gone, so the sophomores and juniors worked on projects for their positions. Drew and Bo will begin writing our constitution with the help of Mr. Morris. Natalie and Naomi have offered two dates for a middle school scavenger hunt, either Friday, September 30th or Friday, October 7th. The other officers began cleaning out their boxes in Magis’ room.

-Wednesday, September 21 will be our first waffle sale from 8:00-12:35
-Stick with 20 minute JCL meetings, unless we have a packed schedule, in that case we will order pizza
-Naomi and Natalie will organize middle school outreach
-We need to find date for shelter Halloween party
-Need to submit permission slips for progressive supper
-Latin 4 and Latin 2 got their permission slips in first so they get pizza
-Historians organizing t-shirts, softer this year
-New coffee machine! $2 for coffee
-Everyone needs to write their free blocks on the board
-Retake officer photos
-Clean up/out drawers

-Changing names of offices to lineup with national and state titles

-Published first newsletter
-Criticism of scrapbook: better theme, fewer jewels and bought packages
Maybe use this year’s theme: all art is just an imitation of nature
-Outreach –
Run a Halloween party but no Christmas party
For Christmas, cut down trees and bring them, provide ornaments but no party
-Waffle sale to raise money for coffee machine
-Find main course and dessert houses for progressive supper which is 5-8:30 on Sunday September 25th
-Membership forms are up – $30 to join, Mr. Morris needs to do membership

All officers need to sign up for the banquet (Sunday May 30 from 12-1:30).

We need to clean Magis’ room next week.

Finding date for zoo trip with homeless shelter – probably on a weekend over the summer, possibly the weekend before school starts. We need to check whether Saturday or Sunday would be better.

We’ve written the invitation to the banquet (May 30) – it is 12-1:30. Next week we will pass out what people will bring in addition. Drew and Bo will do the circus club act. They are coming up with circus-related activities for it.

Next meeting new officers brainstorming what we should do for next year and ways to improve certamen and get more people interested.
