Mardi Gras party Feb.12. All of the stuff is already bought.

Movie night February 27th. Will be five dollar entry fee.

Stanford wants to host Ludi with us.

Antigone is in the city. Ramsey class is going but we are going to go separate. March 7th.

Connor and Ellie need to input the registration forms.

Waffle sale was the most successful so far.

First State convention deadline was today, next deadline is 105$.

Mardi Gras Party is February 12th, during night school. Riya and Grace are meeting to plan details. Will be Catered by Popeye’s.

February 4th is Certamen deadline for the February 21st competition.

Movie night location is not set yet. Carla is checking to see if she can.

Website pictures need to be organized by event.

We will work out decorations, costumes, and themes for Mardi Gras. We brainstormed a big list during the meeting.

Publicity Binder: Coming along and will be distributed at the bookstore/library and places outside of school.

Next Waffle Sale Thursday January 22nd.

We need to distribute forms for state convention to the classes. They are adding a bunch of cool new things this year. A lot of good food. Try your hardest to get people to go.

minutes for December 2nd

Grace will bring candy and bags for saturnalia.

Will Baldwin, Magis, and Grace will go cut the tree at 3:40 Sunday.

Movie night will still most likely be January 9th.

Meeting notes for November 18th

For saturnalia we will have a party during our last meeting before finals.

Candy will be given out to Latin students in their boxes before exams. Grace will get the bags, and Ellie will get the candy.

minutes for 11/11/14

For Ludi be at the circle at 7am Saturday with your t-shirts, money and a few cans to donate for Second Harvest. Pick up shirts in Magis’s room.

Christmas party on December 9th

We will pick up the Christmas trees with Will Baldwin’s Truck.

Saturnalia is December 17th, but that is at the time of exams. Might have small party.

Might go to Chanticleer, Latin singing, after finals on December 20th or 21st.

Waffle Sale Thursday the 13th

Theme for the scrapbook is plants.

Trying to get club of the month for NJCL. Theme for November is support our soldiers.

Make sure you go to the Halloween party at 4:30 today.

Notes for October 21 2014

All of the Halloween costumes are signed up for. The costumes need to be in no later than Monday.

Permission slips due tomorrow for the Halloween party.

We decided we want to send a card to the students at Rolla high school.
