- Natalie and Naomi, our new consuls, welcomed us to the first meeting.
- The Membership Drive has begun. Latin teachers have paper copies, and it is posted on website.
- Self-Introductions: All the offices gave their names and stated their offices on the board.
- Lunches: We all signed up for regular, vegetarian, or gluten free lunches.

- Organized a facilities ice cream party
- Should we buy textbooks for Denali’s prison teaching? We voted unanimously to pay for 25 texts and 30 workbooks of Latin for the New Millennium I.
- Aequora plan: Natalie is working with Magis and Magistra Kelly to teach Latin to students in the Peninsula Bridge program.
- We are planning an Ice cream social with middle school and a waffle sale.
- National online exams: This was tabled for next meeting.
- Trip to Caesar Maximus in San Francisco.
- Magis will fill out the forms, negotiate a price, and write the permission slip
