-Natalie and Ellie debriefed the publicity meeting
-Shirts cost $13 each
-We will possibly help with the Paideia program Aequora during 2nd semester
-Greek trip June 15th-24th
-Thank you notes to Miramonte and Mrs. Von Konsky for loan of waffle maker and to Sandy the bus driver
-Constitution is finished! Drew will probably add some edits still
-Cameron will publish Lorica Nostra in a day or two
-T-shirts turned out great! Thanks to the historians!
-Next waffle sale will be after thanksgiving
-Natalie and Sunia need to work on JCL video
-Handed out awards from Ludi

-Waffle sale tomorrow! We need workers during F Block and people to clean up
-We texted people what they are bringing for the waffle sale
-Lorica is almost ready to print
-We may not have t-shirts in time, so we would wear last year’s JCL shirts in case they don’t come, so people who aren’t going need to bring in their shirts for freshmen
-All officers now have latin signatures in their emails!
-Bo, Jackson and Drew organized teams at Ludi for ultimate frisbee and dodgeball
-Drew and Mr. Morris will finish the constitution by next week
-Natalie needs to make the JCL video to assembly
-Going to Greece this summer in June

-Starting to have more waffle sales instead of continuing to ask parents to donate for each party
-All JCL board members need latin phrases on email signatures and JCL members who aren’t on the board are encouraged to have one as well
-T-shirts need to be ordered today
-Jason needs to organize the extra money that came in for Ludi
-This year we need to register for states and nationals
-Halloween party photos are on the website
-Cameron needs to start the newsletter and hopefully get it out by next week
-Next Tuesday everyone going to Ludi needs to be in Magis’ room at 11:45
-For Ludi we need to bring canned goods, make sports teams and possibly make chants
-Saturday, November 12th is Ludi – maybe board members go to the play friday night
-Drew and Bo need to work on constitution
-Latin 3s invited to certamen tomorrow at lunch

-For the Halloween party, next year we need better knives and scoops, pillowcases instead of paper bags, tubs of frosting, and more salad
-Tatum will send a copy of the t-shirt design on survey monkey for officers to approve
-We will host a Christmas party at the shelter after our last final or during break
-We will talk to our parents whether it is better to do more waffle sales and have JCL pay for everything for the shelter or continue having people bring in costumes, etc. for parties
-Jason needs to send in membership forms
-Ludi forms need to be in! They were due last Monday
-Natalie will write paragraph about Halloween party in the next Lorica

-Slots for Halloween party are almost full, people need to turn in permission slips
-Texting people about what they are bringing on Thursday
-People need to turn in money and forms for Ludi
-For Lorica Nostra, possibly articles on Roman holidays or the haunted house translation for extra credit
-Getting rid of puddle in t-shirt design
-Next waffle sale: Wednesday, November 9th
-Certamen levels/times: advanced on Wednesdays at lunch, other levels trying to find a day
-Possibly having a mosaic-building day for JCL
-Everyone needs to pay to be a JCL member
-Possibly adding interactive activities on the website
