For Ludi be at the circle at 7am Saturday with your t-shirts, money and a few cans to donate for Second Harvest. Pick up shirts in Magis’s room.
Christmas party on December 9th
We will pick up the Christmas trees with Will Baldwin’s Truck.
Waffle sale moved to November 21st
Movie night on January 9th.
Saturnalia is December 17th, but that is at the time of exams. Might have small party.
Might go to Chanticleer, Latin singing, after finals on December 20th or 21st.

Waffle Sale Thursday the 13th
Theme for the scrapbook is plants.
Trying to get club of the month for NJCL. Theme for November is support our soldiers.
Make sure you go to the Halloween party at 4:30 today.
Notes for October 21 2014
All of the Halloween costumes are signed up for. The costumes need to be in no later than Monday.
Permission slips due tomorrow for the Halloween party.
We decided we want to send a card to the students at Rolla high school.
T-Shirt will be midnight blue.
Halloween party:
We will hide candy and they find it like a game.
We will provide Brownies.
Activities will include pumpkin painting, cookie decorating. There will be a signup list for things to bring.
We still need the write-ups for progressive supper and the treasure hunt.
Meeting notes for 10/7/14
Get waffle sale in student life email. We need more workers during break. We need to make sure people know that we deliver.
There is a permission slip coming out for a free discussion with Humanities West on Saturday the 25th in October.
Unless there is a big conflict we need the officers to go to Ludi in Sacramento on Saturday 15th in November. There are tests, certamen, workshops, soccer, dodge ball, Quidditch, obstacle course, grape eating contest, Roman speed dating ( I have no idea what the means). This will be an all day event. The forms are due October 29th for 25 dollars and the late date is November 5th for 30 dollars.
Riya has to do the write up for the treasure hunt, and Claire is doing the write up for progressive supper.The newsletter will be the Coat of Arms in Latin, Lorica Nostra.
Menlo’s Junior Classical League club certainly takes home the awards. Did you know they also make coloring books with the stories of Arachne and other myths for children at the Redwood Family House?
